support queue

It will be nice that support queue on the torrent that are displayed, so will be nice to program the order of the torrent, like if someone want to download first some torrents and then begin others when finished the first one. So that way i will let the program runing a lot of time.

I'm planning to add a feature in v1.2.0:
- Set the maximum number of downloading torrents. For exemple, You have 5 torrents in your list but you set the max number at 3: 3 will be downloaded and the other will be paused. When a torrent finishes downloading, a paused torrent will be resumed to reach the max value again.
This and a queue should do the trick.
