qBittorrent should have an user documentation

qBittorrent is missing documentation. We should write as much documentation as possible before v1.0.0 release. Documentation can be written on Wiki and we can then add a "Help" entry in qBT's menu that points to the wiki.
Documentation should be available at least in English and French.
