qBittorrent crashes with a ipv6 tracker with onioncat

Registered by defender

I tested under Windows with version 1.3.1

When i added a ipv6 torrent which is running with OnionCat, it crashes after few seconds.

Seems aBittorrent is not realy full ipv6 compatible?
It tested Bittornado too, there its working without a crash.

the torrent is hosted on this OnionCat Tracker(in only avaible when you using Tor with OnionCat):
http://[fd87:d87e:eb43:f20d:6d4f:239:ab70:1793]/tracker/announce.php

i see qBittorrent find Seeders but after few seconds it crashes but doesnt see any log file or something.

i use this project:
http://www.cypherpunk.at/onioncat/wiki

OnionCat works this method:

OnionCat ipv6 ip->Hidden service->Tor->Hidden Service-> OnionCat ipv6 ip

On Bittornado it works without crashes, doenst know why qBittorrent doesnt likes some things.
Hope it can be fixed soon? that we can use qBittorrent.

Whiteboard

Could you try with a recent version on Linux? I'm not fixing Windows bugs because this platform is unsupported.

When it crashes, it would be nice to get the backtrace that is printed in the terminal after the crash.

It could also be interesting to know if other libtorrent-rasterbar based clients like Deluge crash too. It is likely that the problem is in libtorrent-rasterbar as qBittorrent does not really deal with IPv6 nor trackers.

-> This is not the place for bug reports. If you still experience the issue with recent versions of qBittorrent, then please file a bug report at http://bugs.qbittorrent.org and please provide the backtrace that is printed in the terminal when it crashes.
