Watch directories for magnets in files

It would be great if the current "Watched directories" function is extended to watch not just for *.torrent files, but for instance *.magnet files as well. I could imagine the simplest implementation would be to store the magnets inside the file in the single-link-per-line basis - just like the UI.

Looks like in the future we'll be using magnets more and more. So it makes sense to have that extension.
