better torrent priority option to be able to reserve bandwidth for important torrents

I'm not sure the actual priority is implemented the way I would expect it, for me the difference between highest and normal is not recognisable. Priority should result in a higher traffic for the priorized torrent (a ranking-system could also be senseful). A right-click-menu-option on a torrent for priority would be also very nice.
Could this be possible? Or is the libtorrent library responsible?

Libtorrent is responsible for this. At the moment, it does not support torrent priority as far as I know. You only define a download order and a max_downloading_torrent limit.
