Write a tool to automatically import torrents from another client

Some users are afraid to switch to qBittorrent because they are downloading / seeding a lot of torrents with another client and they:
- Are worried they will loose their torrents
- don't have time to import manually their torrents into qBittorrent
* It would be quite easy to write an easy transition tool that would detect the torrents on local file system from:
- Vuze, KTorrent, Bittornado, Transmission, Deluge, ...
* Display a list of detected clients for the user to select
* Click import button to import the torrents from the selected torrents
