Notification when download is finished

Hi,

Is posible to add notification when download is finished like pop-up in system tray?
In my case is useful when some torrents downloaded from rss feed are finished, i have work to do and is stupid to check from 10 to 10 minutes if my favorite episoades from serials are finished downloaded or forget to check anymore, and i think this will be very useful and for many other users.
