Put a Default Preview Player to qBitTorrent

Is very simple to put a default player to qBittorrent as totem , this for the new user which can't know how to select a player is very useful and with he or she wants to change the player the option will be always accessible to him.

Now qBittorrent is asking the system for the default player corresponding to the file mime type. There is no need to set a preview player anymore. This will be in v1.0.0 final.
