Don't require setuptools for installation

Pythoscope doesn't have any external dependencies besides nose and fixture, which are use solely for testing. So, users still should be able to install Pythoscope, even without setuptools installed. Implementing this probably involves changes to setup.py to fallback to bare distutils, when seutptools are not available.
