Improve NXdata's signals and axes lists

The datasets in the NXdata groups have the signal and axis attributes. Those datasets marked as signals can have an attribute axes indicating which of the axes is the x axis, the y axis.

So, I would expect NXdata.get_signals to retrieve those datasets with the signal attribute set or an empty list and NXdata.get_axes would give me those datasets with the axis attribute set.
