Investigate HTTP headers with the resource class

Right now we dump the headers into the resource as properties. This may be fine, but maybe we should investigate using a special resource property (or attribute of a resource property) to signal properties as headers. Also, maybe we should have all the headers in a single attribute so they can easily be filtered out of the message body for updates and other operations.
