Compute keypair commands enhancement

1. create keypair for specified user
2. list/show/delete keypairs that belong to specified user
3. list keypairs result in pagination, --marker and --limit
4. create x509 type keypair
5. display keypair type(x509, ssh) in list and show command
These features had been support by Nova API and Novaclient, we should sync them to OSC.
