Standardize on how to supply JSON input to bulk-load commands

Prompted by https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-openstackclient/+bug/1429330 attempting to take curl output as JSON input to 'mapping create' command.

Using raw curl output bodies is probably not going to be a use case we want to support, but since OSC can produce JSON output, those commands that accept a JSON-formatted blob should be able to take the corresponding output directly (or with intermediate modification) as input.
