OpenStack Client has almost no unit tests now.
Implement unit tests for commands, to check at least that code works and that underlying APIs of wrapped clients are called and parameters are passed correctly.

I already coded a set of unit tests and now preparing them for upload. During testing, I've found several errors, two of which I've already reported. These tests can thereby also serve as regression tests.
The unit test situation continues to improve but is still not complete. However, without tracking specific work, this BP will be closed.
