Show all availibility_zone in a region

Users can see all availability zones in a region, and easy to choice one to launch instance in.
Adding "availability-zone-list" sub-command, and according to different roles to allow normal user and administrator user fetch summary list and details list.

* summary list: include availability zones. and will been organized into a flat list.
* details list: include availability zones, hosts, components, and will been organized into a tree view.
