Enable openstack-client support in python-muranoclient

Since both murano and python-muranoclient are now official openstack projects — it seems to be a good idea to add support for openstack-client in python-muranoclient. Openstackclient uses setuptools-based plugin system, so to add murano commands to it muranoclient needs to register corresponding entry points.
