Add possibility to set level of access for shares

Manila API of share access allow/deny should allow to specify level of access like "ro" or "rw".
Use case:
Share with lots of files. Publishers have "rw" access and users only "ro".
So, we need to add new option 'access_level' to manilaclient's 'access-allow' function.
