generate assertions (saml and ecp) based on token

There are two specific endpoints that are missing from keystoneclient

generating a SAML assertion based on a token:
http://specs.openstack.org/openstack/keystone-specs/api/v3/identity-api-v3-os-federation-ext.html#generate-a-saml-assertion

and generating an ECP assertion based on a token
http://specs.openstack.org/openstack/keystone-specs/api/v3/identity-api-v3-os-federation-ext.html#generate-a-saml-ecp-assertion
