Consolidate CLI authentication mechanisms into keystoneclient

Each client CLI currently handles collecting authentication data to be passed to keystone individually. This should be aggregated into python-keystoneclient and reused by the different CLIs to prevent isolated security issues as well as allow keystone to add new authentication mechanisms globally.
