Integrate Contrail's ML2 Plugin with Gluon's ML2 Plugin

Currently Gluon has completed its ML2 Plugin by subclassing Neutron's original Ml2Plugin code. Refer to https://blueprints.launchpad.net/python-gluon/+spec/gluon-ml2-plugin.

Contrail also completed its own Ml2 Plugin.

We need to integrate Contrail's ML2 Plugin code with Gluon's ML2 Plugin code so that the Gluon's ML2 Plugin Code can handle Proton's port, Contrail and regular Neutron's port.
