'Store' vs. 'Backend': Getting the vocabulary correct

To avoid confusion towards end users, we want to use the term 'store' for end-user-facing, and term 'backend' for operator-facing.
As a result of this we want to change input parameter --backend to --store for create, create-via-import, upload and image-import commands.
