CLI option to allow multiple backup deletes

Currently cinderclient does not have the capability to delete more than one backup in a single command. It should have the same capability as cinder volumes or snapshots delete. This blueprint aims at adding this capability.
The cinder backup-delete command will look like this:
cinder backup-delete <backup> [<backup> ...]
