Adding filter options to backup list

Volume backup list function needs to have search options like volume and snapshots.
Volume and snapshot list functions is already developed,
therefore backu list filtering to be following those two functions.
In order to perform search options,
1. Display_name, status to be added in the argument of do_list() in the shell.
2. Adding search_opts functionality for list query filter
3. Also cinder api code to be modified for filter option
