The preferences dialog will cover everything such as default view options, launchpad settings, show/hide columns, and column color settings.
Eventually it will cover things such as tab management, adding/removing columns, startup options and much more.

Actually, I'd rather use context menu on columns to manage them. Here's what would t contain:
[checkbx] Priority
[checkbx] Due
[checkbx] Project
----separator----
[checkbx] Lock Columns
Also, adding Drag'n'Drop ability to them would be nice (sometime in the future).
And, I don't think letting user set location of their config file would be wise. at least not for usual users. Maybe that should be implemented for command-line?
