Scoring system
Though we don't have a scoring system at the moment, one all the core features are in place, a scoring system will be required. The scoring system should not be too simple (i.e. linear) like in anagramarama, where players are not rewarded sufficiently for correctly solving longer words (i.e 6 and 7 letter words) relative to that for smaller words. However, we should be cautious of making it too complicated.

Whiteboard
Here's a draft version of the scoring system. It is extremely likely that this will change:
The main idea is similar to anagramarama's, but there are some tweaks. Each word successfully typed receives a score. There are some bonuses that reward you for other milestones. To continue into the next level, you must successfully type at least one correct seven-letter word. At the end of five minutes all the words are shown. If the player has qualified into the next round, then a message will indicate (saying, "Press space to enter the next level".)
Letters Score:
3 3
4 5
5 8
6 14
7 20
+ 30 bonus for qualifying to the next level.
+ 30 bonus for successfully solving all the words.
We should also consider making the whole scoring system a little more dynamic. For example, if there are very few words possible, then points should be awarded a little more liberally.
Feel free to suggest changes!
Coding has begun, but we'd like a fair and nice system before the 0.2 series, so don't hesitate to propose changes to this system.
