Add Support for Authentication

An authentication plugin needs to be created such that pymon could support users logging in. This feature is required in order to support per-user customization options.
The following should be supported:
* authenticating using a flat file
* using mongodb
* authenticating via LDAP
* authenticating REST requests with HMAC
