Juju is great at adding relationships to workloads but has no idea how to automatically scale based on compute requirements. This meeting would discuss adding intelligence and the different approaches we could use to achieve this functionality.

No notes were produced in the UDS session. The consensus seemed to be that this is needed, however all resources are allocated and unavailable to implement it before the 12.04 cycle. Its hoped that this will be on the near term roadmap for juju following the completion of some of this high-priority work.
