In order to give something back to the jamendo community, this plugin downloads some jamendo torrents in order to spread them to other user.
The Torrent Peer might have following functions:
* user can set disc quota to use for torrents
* user can set media format to spread (ogg or mp3)
* user can select albums which he wants to spread
