Player for the local torrent albums instead of streaming

We have Potato to download and spread torrents and the feature of downloading a specific torrent with pyjama is also requested, it would be nice if files locally available could be played with pyjama instead of being streamed, this would also reduce bandwith-usage of pyjama users and jamendo.
