Function to consolidate keyframes up to a more recent point

In particle systems which involve dynamically setting variables, the keyframes list can often end up ridiculously long. This feature would allow the user to periodically consolidate all spent keyframes into one more recent initial frame, whilst copying all previously-set variables forwards to the new starting frame.
