User Rights

PyDjWiki requires a set of user rights separate from the default provided by the auth framework. Rights such as create-page, edit-page, and delete-page need to be able to be assigned to users and groups, as well as anonymous users as a group.
Unanswered question: how closely should PyDjWiki's rights tie into the auth framework?
