The sidebar needs to be reworked.

The current theory is that a setting (PYDJWIKI_SIDEBAR_TEMPLATES) includes an ordered iterable of templates to include into the sidebar HTML. However, not all sidebar sections should be included in all pages. For example, a section giving last-modified-by data should not be included in dynamic pages.
