Anonymous Edits

Anonymous users should be allowed to submit edits to wiki pages. This should be at the site admin's discretion; that is, a setting (PYDJWIKI_ALLOW_ANON_EDITS?) should determine whether to actually allow anonymous users to edit. Revision histories, etc. should show either the IP address the anonymous user was working from or some version of the phrase "Anonymous user" (again, at the site admin's discretion).
