Add Twofish block encryption algorithm

Registered by A.M. Kuchling

A branch exists that adds the Twofish encryption algorithm. Should it be merged?

One view is that the more algorithms, the better. Another view is that the package should contain only algorithms
that are believed to be good; in the past, a bunch of proposed algorithms that were broken (e.g. Lucifer) have been dropped.

Twofish is, as far as I can tell, currently unbroken, though it probably isn't being subjected to ongoing analysis the way AES is.

Security aside, it's only worth adding modules if they're necessary to interoperate with other systems.
Are there actually applications that use Twofish instead of AES?
