Sound effects for in-game events

Sound effects will be played when particular in-game events occur. For example, a bid/call may be spoken aloud when made, and a player should receive audio notification when it is their turn to play. Users should be able to customise the sound effects (or at the very least) to enable or disable them.

This feature requires a set of freely-licensed suitable sound effects.
