PBN to TeX pretty-printer

Implement a script which consumes PBN (Portable Bridge Notation) format text and produces TeX markup, which may be compiled to printable form (pdflatex) or HTML (tex2html). The LaTeX bridge package (http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/bridge.html) will be useful.

This is not specific to PyBridge; other projects and groups may find a pbn2tex script useful.
