Portable Bridge Notation (PBN) game import/export

PBN is a de facto standard format for representing bridge games as text. PyBridge should support the PBN 2.1 format in its entirety.

Users should be able to browse through stored games with a viewer tool. Games played should be saved to the server database, and the client software should allow users to save individual games.
