Does the book need to be persistently stored in pybookbuilder, or just temporarily stored in memory until saved locally on the user's machine? Another way to ask this is, should the server keep a copy of the book anywhere but in memory?

How should non-text resources be managed so far as server space? (images, audio, video, etc) An interactive online book can become quite unwieldy in size if it has large amounts of multimedia.
