Do no perfom backup on certain type of connections

users might not want to perform backup, which can be bandwidth consumming, on some type of connection. We should allow to configure that the backup is only allowed when connection on a LAN with an ethxx connection, for example.
This could be implemented on the daemon by querying NetworkManager (with dbus).
