Package jack2 and allow apps to work with it

jack2 is said to be very stable now, and has good features (multicore support, lack of glitching on dis/connect). We should package it and test it, and also get our other packages to the point where they are happy to install on top of jack2 rather than jack0.

At present it is not in most ubuntu/debian repos (looks like lucid will not have it), but it is available in debian experimental http://packages.debian.org/source/experimental/jack-audio-connection-kit - note that installing it requires removing jack0 and therefore most of our audio apps!

JACK2 is already in Ubuntu Maverick. All audio apps work without recompilation or package rebuilding.

OK, so during the mini sprint (oct 2010) we should test that things are working correctly under jack2. Notes here welcome:
