add option to install customisations to ubitquity

consider the following scenario:
a user customises his puredyne stick and then at some point decides to install it to HDD. now, when he does so he has to repeat all the customisations (in $HOME) and manually copy his files to his new $HOME.
We should add a feature to ubiquity that asks whether the user wants to install his data from the stick onto the HDD.
