Categorise applications as "Audio" or "Video" in their .desktop entries

Registered by danstowell

To make it easy for p:d users to browse applications, we need to split the monolithic "AudioVideo" category (shown in the menu as "Multimedia"). As discussed in bug #486070 we tweaked the xfce menu to split the group into the "Audio" and "Video" categories (these are still standard categories [1]). Now we need to ensure the applications' .desktop files use the appropriate categories.

Whiteboard

OK I've committed patches in stock/chroot-local_includes/35-* which shuffle things around correctly for p:d.

"Local" patches:
* MPlayer patch (removing "Audio") is for local sorting, wouldn't make sense upstream.

The other patches could go upstream; once the released packages are updated my patches would be removed from broth.
Some notes of things sent upstream:
 * Subtitle Editor upstream accepted the patch: https://gna.org/bugs/index.php?14974
 * jack rack upstream: https://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_name=286e6b7c0912200816p27ecffb0m1e62be0926dc88b6%40mail.gmail.com
 * Jamin upstream: https://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_name=286e6b7c0912200851p224cee53yeb5f3149138609e6%40mail.gmail.com
 * vmpk has already been done upstream separately of us: http://vmpk.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/vmpk/vmpk/vmpk.desktop?r1=1.3&r2=1.4

OTHER THINGS:
 * The "Audio" menu is now relatively large. Things are in their logical place and the menu is not horrendous though.
 * I see KiCad in its own separate "Development" submenu. Seems a bit odd to have that on its own. Should it go somewhere else?
