Deploy Openstack components from Git

At the moment, there is no way to install the latest Openstack components trunk thru Puppet manifests, as we're relying on Ubuntu Cloud Archive packages for Ubuntu or RDO.
One could propose to dynamically package the latest trunk files into deb (or rpm) files thru Puppet, and provide them thru a local APT repository.
