Associate Exercises with Muscles

The user is unable to see which muscles were targeted in a workout unless they know which muscles are worked by particular exercise.
By associating the exercises with muscles, it will be possible for the user to not only see which muscles they have worked in a particular workout, but also use it to plan their workouts.
