Add ability to check if a properties manager is "dirty" or has been modified since the last save or load

Add an isModified() method that will return true if the any properties have been modified since the last save or load. This should be granular so that a single ManagedProperty can also check if it has been modified (in other words, there should be an isModified(T property) as well).
