Add a "Reference" field to Project Issues, automatically generated by a Sequence.
Additionally, the Sequence to use may vary depending on the type of issue:
For example, system administration tickets might have a "IT-YY-xxxx" sequence and application management a "AM-YY-xxxxx" sequence.
Port to v7, now using "Service teams" as the configuration base.
