People should be able to claim their page directly through email or service account

Every People page has associated contact data with it, either email or a Twitter or Flickr account. A visitor should be able to "claim" her page by verifying her identity via the email address on record or by authenticating against her Twitter or Flickr account.

Whiteboard
For Twitter or Flickr authentication, the user is led through a process of giving PPL read access to her account. PPL will then check that this account matches the service_userid of the account on file.
For email, the user will have to guess the email address that is in the db. A verification email will be sent to that address.
