Translation of templates depending on e.g. partner language

Allow to generate translated email messages depending on the partner language, for example.
Things to do:
* Add the translation attribute to subject, body and file name pattern fields.
* Add a new "Language" field in the template to specify what language must be chosen when the email is generate. Placeholders can be used here. eg. ${object.
* Compute translated templates depending on the new "Language" field in poweremail wizard, server action and template preview.
