Swift Containers as Origin

Swift Containers should be available as an origin.
The challenge here is that operators often put Swift behind authentication. That limits the ability for a CDN provider to point to a swift container as an origin to pull content from.
Swift containers may also contain static website content. Customers should be able to host static websites in a swift container and serve it through a CDN.
