Custom Secure Certs

Users should be able to configure custom SSL certificates to be used from their origin and at their edge.
This will involve some process to allow users to upload their certificate in a secure manner, and that certificate must then be made available to the provider who may need to verify it.
Ideally this process should be automatic without human intervention.
